Who can stay: 7 guests maximum (or maximum 4 adults and 4 children)
No pets allowed
Check-in: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Checkout: before 10:00 am
Quiet hours: 9:00 pm - 8:00 am
Please respect our NO SMOKING - NO PETS - NO PARTIEs - NO DRUGS - NO LOUD NOISE rules for everyone's benefit.
Who Can Enter the Property:
Only those guests accounted for in the original booking are allowed to enter the property. It is to be used for residential purposes only.
- Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Failure to leave at this time, could result in additional extra day's charge.
- On the day of departure, (after vacating the car park), keys are to be returned to the apartment. A fee of $250 will be charge to replace lost or damaged keys
- The reception is for hotel guests only, not short term rental guests. Please contact your host for any query or assistance (Angela +61 412 036 104).
Please follow the building rules:
- NO EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE at any times and minimise all music / noise after 9pm (this includes the balconies). Please be aware: this apartment is fitted with a noise monitor. If you receive a 2nd warning about noise levels, there will be a penalty and possible eviction with no refund.
- This a NON-SMOKING BUILDING and APARTMENT. Please note if smoking is detected then an additional clean fee of $220 will be charged. If there are complaints of smoking then you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE, NO DRUNKEN OR UNRULY BEHAVIOUR. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. The building manager and body corporate will not tolerate excessive noise or unruly behaviour. You will be evicted immediately if we receive complaints or if security or police are called (with no refund plus a $4,000 penalty).
- You agree to leave the kitchen clean, remove rubbish and leave the property in a tidy condition. If it is not left in a tidy condition, you may be charged a cleaning fee of $300
- Guest Responsibility: If the property is damaged due to negligent or wilful acts of the guests, the property will be repaired at the cost of the guest (this includes damage to towels, bed linen and furniture due to fake tan or hair dye).
- Upon the expiration of the holiday agreement, the tenant shall redeliver the property amenities, furniture, appliances and any other applicable aspects of the property, in as good condition as at the commencement of the agreement.
- Any malicious damage to the apartment building or contents will result in a charge for the full cost of replacement.
